1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and the owner of PhotoPulse ("we", "us"), an individual who runs PhotoPulse at https://photopulse.in (the "site"). By using the site or paying for a download, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy and our Refund and cancellation policy. If you don't agree, please don't use PhotoPulse.

2. What PhotoPulse does

PhotoPulse is a web tool that turns a main photo you choose into a mosaic made of your other photos, as a file you can print. All of the work happens in your web browser, on your own device. Your photos are not uploaded to us or anyone else.

• Free: making mosaics, the on-screen preview, and a small copy (up to 1,200 pixels) with a faint repeated mark.
• Paid: the full-quality download of a mosaic, at the price shown before you pay.

3. Who can use it

You may use PhotoPulse if you're 18 or older, or with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. To pay, you must be legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

4. Your photos

• Use only photos you own or have permission to use, and don't make mosaics of people without their consent where that consent is needed.
• Don't use PhotoPulse to make anything unlawful, obscene, hateful or harassing, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• Your photos never reach us, so we don't see or check them. You're responsible for the photos you use and the mosaics you make.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and depend on the print size. The price is shown before you pay and is the final amount; there are no extra charges at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay, which offers UPI, cards, net banking and other methods. Razorpay's own terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
• We may change prices from time to time. A change never affects a mosaic you've already paid for.

6. What one payment covers

One payment unlocks the full-quality download of one mosaic at one print size: the same main photo, the same set of fill-in photos and the same paper size and orientation. After paying, you can:

• download it as JPEG, PDF and PNG files;
• change the filter, picture strength, border, quality and trimming edge, and download again;
• download it again later, on the same device and browser, for as long as your project is saved there.

A different main photo, different fill-in photos or another print size make a new mosaic, which is a new purchase.

7. Your saved work

Your project (photos and settings) and your payment record are saved only in your browser, on your device. They're removed if you choose Start a new mosaic, clear your browser's data, use a private window, or switch to another device or browser. We can't recover them, because we never had them. Please keep the files you download somewhere safe.

8. Using the files you make

The mosaics you make are yours. We claim no rights over your photos or your mosaics, and you may print, share, give and use your files for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, as long as you have the rights to the photos in them. Please don't try to remove the mark from the free copy; buy the full-quality file instead.

9. Our site and software

The PhotoPulse name, logo, website, design and software belong to the owner of PhotoPulse. You may use the site to make mosaics as described here. You may not:

• copy, resell or offer PhotoPulse, or a copy of it, as your own service;
• try to get full-quality downloads without paying, or get around any limit or check in the site;
• interfere with the site, overload it, or use it to harm others.

10. Results and printing

How a mosaic looks depends on the photos you choose. Check the free preview and small copy before paying. Colours always vary a little between screens, printers and paper. We're not responsible for printing done by you or by a print shop.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep PhotoPulse running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. PhotoPulse needs an up-to-date web browser, and very large prints need a computer rather than a phone. We may improve, change or stop features over time.

12. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund and cancellation policy. In short: if you're charged more than once for the same mosaic at the same size, the extra payments are refunded in full when you ask within 7 days. Other payments aren't refundable, because you can check the mosaic first with the free preview and small copy.

13. Responsibility

PhotoPulse is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of photos, files or saved work on your device. For any claim, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the mosaic concerned. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that can't be limited.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that were in place when you paid apply to that purchase.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please contact us first, or our Grievance Officer (see the Contact page); most problems can be solved quickly that way. Otherwise, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. This doesn't affect your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
